Practice & Client Experience Coordinator

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual who can provide an exceptional experience to our clients.

About the Role

Within this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients and assist the practice management team in ensuring.

  • A smooth and efficient onboarding experience for our clients

  • Regular maintenance and review of the client database

  • Reviewing and managing correspondence including practice level email  

  • Co-ordinating with Marketing Manager the timely delivery of critical communication

  • Ensure client ASIC regulatory responsibilities are being met

  • Management of all office and team requirements

About You

You will have completed your HSC, a relevant business certificate and had 5 years relevant experience.
